I am the luckiest woman on earth for many reasons...my kids, my husband, my family, my health...the list goes on and on. All make me happy in different ways. Gardening feeds my need to nurture and grow things and provide nourishment, crocheting and sewing feed my creative side, cooking feeds my family, but music --music feeds my soul.

How many women can say that they get to make music with their partner and best friend? I do!!! My husband is an awesome guitar player and we are fortunate to be able to perform together on stage. We've been in the band Slightly Right for 7 years and still going strong. We have a converted part of our home into a recording studio/practice space and spend many nights in there together creating music and just hanging out. Lucky lucky lucky!!!
